Shipping
We ship using UPS Ground at no extra cost to you. However, if you would prefer to receive your package sooner, we offer 3-day Select at an additional $25, 2nd Day Air at an additional $35, and Next Day Air at an additional $50. We also offer USPS service for shipping to Canada.

Shipping to Canada
We now ship to Canada. Our updated Canadian shipping charge as of March 21, 2011 is a flat fee of $35.00. We will generally to Canada ship through the US Postal Service and all duties are collected from you by them. Most continental United States shipments go by UPS ground.

Return Policy
ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. This includes items purchased using and promo or discount codes. This policy reflects the high cost of processing and shipping orders. Unfortunately, we can't stay in business processing discounted items twice. Our thousands of customers (and TPF members) understand this policy and have been very satisfied with their deals.

Within 7 days of receiving your FULL PRICE purchase an item bought at FULL PRICE may be exchanged or returned for credit back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. All items presented for return must be unworn and in new condition, and have all of the original tags attached and have the original packing slip included with the shipment.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping A Return Or Exchange
To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package or if possible, the original shipping box. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange.

Please note: shopdressonline.com is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from shopdressonline.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to shopdressonline.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Refunds
ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. (See Return Policy above) Once your return has been received, we will credit the original credit card account within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Processing Orders
We make every effort to process and ship your order in a prompt and timely manner. Orders received Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM, PST will most likely be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2PM, PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Modifying Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you can return or exchange any portion of your purchase. Please review our return policy for further guidance.

Out Of Stock Items
We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and promptly update your order.

Sales Tax
dress is located in San Francisco, California; therefore, all orders placed within California will be charged 8.5% sales tax. All orders placed outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
